Provision of investment brokerage services under the liability umbrella of AHP Capital Management GmbH

Kapnative GmbH provides its services in the brokerage of financial instruments within the meaning of Section 2 (2) No. 3 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpIG) exclusively on behalf of and under the liability of AHP Capital Management GmbH. In this respect, Kapnative GmbH acts as a contractually bound broker of AHP Capital Management GmbH in accordance with Section 3 (2) WpIG. AHP Capital Management GmbH is licensed by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) pursuant to Section 15 (1) WpIG and, as a securities institution, is permitted by BaFin to provide investment brokerage and investment advice within the meaning of Section 2 (2) No. 3 and No. 4 WpIG, without acquiring ownership or possession of client funds or securities or purchasing or selling financial instruments on its own account.

Kapnative GmbH is entered in the BaFin's publicly maintained register of contractually bound intermediaries under number 80179246 at its liability institution, AHP Capital Management GmbH. The register can be viewed at www.bafin.de.
