Due Diligence
Kapnative combines technological precision with human expertise. Every investment undergoes a multi-stage process of qualitative and quantitative reviews. Before a fund is added to the recommendation list, it must be defended before our investment committee. This ensures that only funds with a balanced risk-return profile and illiquidity premium make their way into your portfolio.

Pre Due Diligence
Preliminary review of funds for minimum standards, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the achievement of a clear illiquidity premium.
Expert Investment Committee (IC)
Additional validation by experienced investment committee members and their market and network expertise – providing an initial independent assessment.
Due Diligence
Detailed analysis based on proprietary questionnaires, algorithms, and direct interaction with fund management – both qualitative and quantitative.
Investment Committee Decision
In the final step, the fund is presented to the entire investment committee. Based on the presentation, Q&A, and the investment memorandum prepared by the investment team, the committee assigns its ratings and makes the final decision on the approval or rejection of the fund.
