Alternative Assets have long been highly attractive investment classes which are outperforming public market benchmarks, like the S&P 500. However, accessing alternatives has proven to be difficult, particularly for individual investors. Cumbersome paperwork, steep minimum investment requirements (around €5 million), and the challenge of selecting suitable funds in different asset classes have all served as obstacles that prevented financial advisors and their investors from participating.
Kapnative is leading a new era of alternative asset investing through building the first truly open marketplace for alternative assets, where financial advisors, their clients and asset managers can engage and transact directly on a massive scale. Therefore Kapnative provides financial advisors with a broad selection of curated alternative investment strategies, including private equity, venture capital, private debt, real estate, infrastructure and digital assets, allowing them to capitalize on opportunities and/or withstand ever-changing markets. Additionally, Kapnative provides an industry leading regulatory confirm advisory process, that helps advisors lowering their liability risks through e.g. personalized pre-generated suitability documentation.
Description
A platform that enables access to top-tier alternative assets combined with a seamless regulatory process is an opportunity that is new to many financial advisors. Enabling financial advisors to advise their clients with alternative assets that help grow their clients portfolios through our digital platform falls to our Kapnative Sales team. As our Senior Sales Manager you will connect with financial institutions to understand their advisory goals and how Kapnative can enhance their advisory processes. You will also have the opportunity to implement your own sales processes and later on become the Head of Sales at Kapnative.
Responsebilities
Entrepreneurial development of the sales strategy, including the definition and implementation of the future expansion strategies
Taking over end-to-end responsibility for the entire sales process, from customer acquisition to contract conclusion
Support investors across the entirety of the advisory lifecycle and make suggestions on how to improve & optimise processes at Kapnative
Representing Kapnative at events and customer meetings
Conducting demos
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 2-3 years experience in a senior sales sales position
Bonus is an existing network to family offices and wealth management companies
Advance knowledge of alternative assets and investing
Creative and customer focused. We are looking for someone that considers problems from a customer’s perspective while being pragmatic and solution oriented
